These terms govern your access to and use of the services provided by Craftedfromchaos, a premium creative agency specializing in brand identity restoration, graphic design, and architectural conceptualization. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Craftedfromchaos provides creative consultancy, brand strategy, visual identity design, graphic design, and architectural conceptualization. The specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for each project are defined in a separate project agreement signed by both parties. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, including but not limited to increased revenue, market share, or customer engagement.
You agree to provide timely feedback, access to necessary brand materials, and accurate information about your business. Delays caused by late feedback or incomplete information may extend project timelines. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for third-party materials you provide.
Upon full payment, we transfer ownership of the final deliverables to you. Craftedfromchaos retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not claim ownership over your pre-existing brand assets or third-party materials.
Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, you pay for work completed up to the notice date. Craftedfromchaos may terminate immediately if you breach these terms or the project agreement.
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect 30 days after posting on this page. Continued use of our services after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
